| HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A FULL TIME PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER? I have been a full time professional photographer for over 10 years. | |||||||||||||

| WHAT PHOTOS ARE TAKEN ON THE DAY? To help you decide on any specific shots you would like taken include a checklist in the wedding pack. Please choose no more than 10 shots and leave the rest for spontaneous shots on the day. I will always try to be flexible but a lot of large group photos are very tiring for guests. | |||||||||||||

| CAN WE CHOOSE WHAT PHOTOS WILL GO IN THE ALBUM? If you order an album package you will choose the photographs to be printed from the disc provided as part of the package. If you order a disc only package you will have plenty of images to choose from the disc provided for printing and copying from the disc provided. | |||||||||||||

| WOULD
YOU NEED TO ATTEND THE WEDDING REHEARSAL OR MEET US AT THE VENUE ON A DATE
BEFORE THE WEDDING? This would not be necessary as lighting conditions vary depending on the time of day, time of year and the prevailing weather conditions. We arrive in plenty of time to assess where best to take the photos. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS? I always prefer to make use of natural daylight where possible. However if it rains I can work round this by using large umbrellas (which do not usually appear in the photos), external porches, doorways and arches, and using flash photography working inside. I would not want you and your guests to get soaked. When it rains it does not necessarily rain throughout the photography coverage so there will hopefully still be opportunities for outside shots. The ceremony takes place inside or under cover whatever the weather. WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE PHOTOS ARE READY? You will be contacted when the photos are ready. Timescales depend on the package chosen. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE ORIGINAL IMAGES? I store the original digital photographic files. HOW DO WE ORDER REPRINTS & ENLARGEMENTS ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE ALBUM? You are free to print and copy from the disc. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT ON THE DAY? In the very unlikely event of this happening I will refund any money already paid, as per the Terms & Conditions. I will always make my very best efforts to attend your wedding in case of illness such as colds and flu, or any other unforeseen event. |

| DIGITAL
OR FILM - WHAT PHOTOGRAPHIC MEDIUM DO YOU USE? I use high quality digital photography. You have the opportunity to judge the quality for yourselves before booking by making an appointment to come and view examples of our work.. WHAT SIZE ARE THE DIGITAL IMAGES ON THE CD YOU SUPPLY WITH SOME OF YOUR PACKAGES? They are the same size and quality as taken on the camera, around 10 18 megapixels. |

ARE THE PHOTOS DEVELOPED? |

LONG WILL THE PHOTOGRAPHY TAKE ON THE DAY? Most of the packages have specific durations. I usually arrive at the ceremony about 30 to 60 minutes before it starts. In my experience photos taken before the ceremony are as important as photos taken after the ceremony. By arriving 30 to 60 minutes before the ceremony starts I can photograph the wedding without any unnecessary rush. The vast majority of the shots taken will be spontaneous and should not interfere too much with your day. I am aware that it can get tiring for both you and your guests if any formal photography you might require goes on too long. |

| HOW
MANY PHOTOS DO YOU TAKE? I do not take a set number of photos. I may take some shots several times to capture the right moment and to ensure quality. WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE FINAL PHOTOS WE RECEIVED? If you order an album package the size of the photos is 6 x 8 inches. Larger sizes may not be suitable from a compositional point of view. For example 10 x 8 inches is nearly square and does not match the image seen in the viewfinder as well as 6 x 8 inches. Also we keep to 6 x 8 inches so that the packages advertised do not become too complicated. |

| WOULD
YOU INCREASE YOUR PRICES ONCE WE HAVE BOOKED OUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY? Once you have booked your wedding photography I will not increase the price on the packages you have ordered, even if our advertised prices were to increase for new customers. IS THERE VAT TO BE ADDED TO THE PRICES YOU QUOTE? The price you see is the price you get. There are no additional VAT charges. |

| THE
RECEPTION IS ONLY "5 MINUTES" FROM THE CHURCH REGISTRY OFFICE.
WILL WE HAVE TO PAY THE EXTRA CHARGE FOR AN ADDITIONAL VENUE? This depends on the package you choose, as extra venues are included in some packages. They will be classed as two venues because even when venues are close to each other as it can still add considerably to the time taken. For example members of the wedding party, including the bride and groom, are unlikely to leave one venue and arrive at the other in unison, so delays are always likely. Also I have to take the amount of time to pack and unpack the equipment into account. |
