Andover is a town in the English county of Hampshire, situated on the River Anton. It is of Basingstoke and, north west of Winchester and north of the city of Southampton. Andover is twinned with the towns of Redon in France, and Goch in Germany and it is also twinned with Andover, Massachusetts.
